How You’ll Help Us Grow
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.
Manage advertising budgets and plan digital campaigns with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
Analyse market trends and monitor competitive activities in the online space.
Optimize content and campaigns to increase conversions and improve UX.
Manage relationships with agencies and external vendors.
Report campaign results and recommend improvement actions.
Collaborate with sales, IT, and product teams on online projects.
Could this be you? You are a digital marketing professional with 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in creating and managing performance‑based and content marketing campaigns. You thrive on strategic thinking, data analysis, and working with KPIs to optimise campaign performance. Your knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools—including SEO, SEM, social media, e‑mail marketing, and content marketing—is complemented by proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics/GA4, CRM, and marketing automation software. Fluency in Polish and a good command of English are desirable, along with formal studies in digital marketing or a related field.
