Sales & Marketing Manager

who can connect data, creativity, and storytelling into one growth engine. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and knows how to turn brand strategy into measurable sales results. The Role

You will oversee the entire marketing and sales funnel—from brand awareness to conversion and retention—across all customer touchpoints. based at our Detroit headquarters. Responsibilities

Full-Funnel Marketing Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and repeat purchases. Manage and optimize campaigns across

Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon, Klaviyo, and Attentive. Build lifecycle automations, product drops, and retention flows that turn one-time buyers into loyal collectors. Influencer & Affiliate Programs Lead influencer, ambassador, and affiliate strategies to expand brand reach and credibility. Identify and nurture relationships with creators aligned to our audience. Measure ROI on partnerships and optimize content for conversions and brand storytelling. Oversee our live sales strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns, themes, and hero product promotions align with company revenue goals. Collaborate with hosts, operators, and the operations team to ensure smooth show flow and consistent brand messaging. Data & Performance Analyze campaign results, website analytics, and conversion data to guide future strategy. Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rate), and report results to leadership. Work cross-functionally with operations, creative, and leadership to synchronize campaigns, inventory, and launches. Participate in weekly EOS meetings and help set quarterly Rocks and measurable goals. Requirements

5–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in

DTC, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brands . Proven success managing

influencer programs, full-funnel digital marketing, and e-commerce growth. Deep hands-on experience with: Shopify

(e-commerce management) TikTok & Meta Ads

(social commerce and paid campaigns) Amazon & TikTok Shop

(marketplace management) Strong analytical mindset with a track record of connecting marketing activity to measurable revenue results. Excellent communication and leadership skills; comfortable managing creative direction and performance metrics simultaneously. Must be able to work
