Lead in the creation of business, consumer, and associate product experiences. Work without close supervision but seek out and welcome feedback from senior UX leaders and managers. Think holistically about the people using our products, a cohesive design system, and end-to-end experiences. Solve complex problems and collaborate to merge solutions into a larger structure and create a cohesive design ecosystem. What You'll Bring
Solid blend of interaction and visual design skills and an eye for pixel-perfect detail. Foundation of mobile design principles, standards, and practices. Passion for building in the ecommerce space. An impressive product design portfolio that demonstrates solving for both business requirements and customer needs. Expert skills in Figma: creating components, prototyping, handoff-ready files for development. Experience deploying user interface standards and conventions, functional communication flows and dynamic, engaging interfaces. Strong understanding of design theory and concepts to create effective visual communication with hierarchy and balance (typography, color, space, contrast). Ability to work with design templates and patterns to create and maintain a scalable and consistent website. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Bonus points for
Prototyping, user research, motion design, illustration experience; tools such as Flinto, Framer, Marvel, Principle or similar. Experience designing compelling experiences for large, customer-facing properties. Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications
