Location: Bentonville, AR What you’ll do
Strategic Communications & Project Management — Lead communications for Walmart U.S. Supply Chain, including leveraging the EVP of Supply Chain and Supply Chain leadership team. Develop and execute strategies that promote Walmart’s voice, extend key initiatives and build excitement and awareness of Walmart’s industry-leading automation modernization efforts across our Supply Chain network including transportation, fulfillment and distribution capabilities. Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner across Communications, Supply Chain operations, HR, Merchandising, Technology and other teams to integrate and amplify campaigns and messaging. Align execution across paid, earned, owned and shared channels while balancing competing priorities. Storytelling and Content — Develop messaging that enables consistent communications and integration into enterprise and Walmart U.S. communications. Serve as a corporate spokesperson, delivering impactful statements to the media, maintaining reputation and addressing issues as they arise. Develop proactive storytelling that keeps Walmart’s Supply Chain visible across owned platforms and earned channels. Translate insights and messaging into compelling content for internal and external audiences, highlighting innovation, efficiency and impact. Measurement and Optimization — Leverage data and audience insights to evaluate campaign impact and recommend ongoing improvements. Apply learnings to future work and drive continuous refinement. Technology & Tools — Be a GenAI super user, leveraging digital tools for content development, project management and performance tracking. What you’ll bring

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience in communications, journalism, business, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in communications, journalism, business, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
