Lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs, including high-impact and complex initiatives. Mentor and guide instructional designers, promoting collaboration and professional growth across the learning team. Drive innovation through modern learning tools, video creation, and eLearning module development to enhance engagement. Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to deliver scalable and results-driven learning experiences. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, alignment with business goals, and timely completion. Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or related roles. Expertise in advanced instructional design and eLearning software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Rise). Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration standards. Proven ability to lead and execute large-scale or complex training initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills with a focus on innovation and quality. What You Should Expect In This Role
Full-time, remote, salaried (W-2) position with a standard Monday–Friday, 40-hour workweek. Health, dental, and vision benefits begin on day one, with 401(k) matching and additional benefits available. Flexible vacation policy available after 90 days of employment (with manager approval for exceptions). Gainwell-provided computer and equipment to support your remote work environment. Use of video cameras required for interviews and during the first week of new-hire orientation. Compensation
The pay range for this position is $64,500 - $92,200 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. All salaried, full-time candidates are eligible for our generous, flexible vacation policy, a 401(k) employer match, comprehensive health benefits, and educational assistance.
