You’ll be responsible for:
Creating Digital/Hand Sketches/Drawings Developing landscape designs for a variety of projects that include commercial and residential properties. Collaborating with engineers, planners and construction team members to integrate your designs. Opportunity to manage timelines for projects, client expectations and budgeting. Knowledge of take-offs and estimating is a plus. Staying up to date with trends and guidelines. Preparing presentations, technical drawings, plans, and other design software. Learning and executing our design-build process .
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape design. Knowledge in hardscaping and planting material. Familiar with local zoning laws, construction codes, and environmental guidelines. Proficiency in design software.
Experience:
CAD Systems Adobe Suite Microsoft Office Sketch-Up Digital Drawing (3-D, rendering, blueprints) Writing/reading skills Mathematics Sales
