Position: Account Specialist – Remote (some travel may be required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and other events).

The Role As an

Account Specialist , you will provide white‑glove service to diverse brands investing in influencer marketing campaigns. Your focus will be on campaign execution, including recruiting influencers, managing partnerships, and owning campaign deliverables, tracking, and reporting.

You will also drive strategy by analyzing campaign performance, identifying success and challenge areas, and proactively implementing strategic measures to optimize programs towards goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

Influencer Recruitment, Negotiating & Onboarding

– Source partnership opportunities, create influencer casting lists, vet for brand alignment and authenticity, conduct outreach, negotiate, and support onboarding.

Influencer Partnerships Management

– Craft program‑wide communications, guide content strategy, manage timelines, review drafts for FTC compliance, troubleshoot performance issues, and adjust strategy.

Auditing, Reporting & Analysis

– Audit content compliance, share placement insights, analyze performance with social analytics and conversion metrics, provide actionable recommendations, and support custom strategy plans and performance summaries.

Client Service & Communication

– Provide superior client service, maintain trust, deliver high‑quality outputs, and maintain an average client rating of 8.5.

Portfolio Management

– Own client tasks with minimal supervision, manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, identify new opportunities, and resolve issues with the team.

Success Metrics

By 3 Months:

Contribute across influencer programs, align with strategy, manage client contacts, and become proficient with AP tools.

By 6 Months:

Own day‑to‑day operations, manage multiple programs independently, analyze data, and maintain client satisfaction.

By 1 Year:

Resolve issues independently, lead program innovation, and act as a thought leader.

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years at an influencer marketing agency with hands‑on campaign execution.

Solid understanding of omni‑channel and digital marketing.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client approval skills.

Working knowledge of digital attribution and how affiliate/influencer marketing intersect.

Experience with tools such as CreatorIQ, Grin, Izea, etc. is preferred.

Knowledge of affiliate networks or SaaS platforms is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Ability to travel up to 15%.

Advanced Excel skills.
