Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for global knowledge sharing and practice enablement across KPMG member firms.
  • Drive global community engagement strategies, including town halls, newsletters, and win story dissemination to promote Oracle partnership.
  • Maintain the internal enablement portal, housing Oracle?related content, case studies, and training updates.
  • Manage the Oracle Engagement Tracker tool to monitor wins, certifications, and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Education Team to define training goals, promote certification pathways, and track completions.
  • Act as an internal advocate for Oracle solutions, supporting marketing and communication efforts to build awareness.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in alliance management or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or relevant work experience in Oracle alliance management.
  • Proven experience in alliance management with strong program management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams, and enablement platforms; familiarity with Oracle Partner Network tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work across global time zones and collaborate with diverse teams; self?starter with excellent problem?solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

California Salary Range: $101,200 $215,100.
