We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team on a Contract-to-Permanent based in East Rochester, New York. In this role, you will support various marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, and branding efforts. Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the company's social media presence, focusing on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Schedule and publish engaging content using social media management tools to ensure consistent online activity.
• Create and edit marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and photos, to support promotional campaigns.
• Visit offsite locations to capture project photos for use in marketing and branding efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align branding strategies and promotional activities.
• Provide administrative support for marketing tasks, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
• Assist with planning and executing email campaigns, events, and direct marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to creative storytelling and enhance brand engagement through innovative ideas and content.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation roles.• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
• Strong photography and graphic design skills are preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing email campaigns and direct marketing activities.
• Passion for storytelling and building brand awareness through innovative strategies.
