About the Position
You'll manage day-to-day marketing programs across digital, content, events, and account-based marketing (ABM). Your primary goal: create measurable pipeline impact by connecting campaigns to revenue. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product to build predictable, data-driven demand generation.
This is not a "brand awareness" position. It's a growth marketing role focused on efficiency, attribution, and continuous optimization. You'll take ownership of marketing performance metrics and be empowered to test, iterate, and scale what works.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Leadership:
Plan and execute integrated campaigns targeting QuikStor's key segments: independent operators, regional portfolios, and nation-wide operators. Blend inbound, outbound, and ABM tactics to achieve pipeline goals. Demand Generation:
Manage paid search, paid social, email nurture, webinars, content syndication, and field marketing programs. Tie all programs directly to lead quality, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution. Website & Conversion Optimization:
Own the website's performance, user journey, and SEO/SEM roadmap. Regularly test landing pages and forms to improve conversion rates and qualified traffic. Marketing Operations & Analytics:
Build dashboards that connect top-of-funnel activities to opportunities and bookings. Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate attribution, clean CRM data, and reliable reporting. Sales Alignment:
Collaborate with the Sales team to define MQL/SQL criteria, lead handoff SLAs, and feedback loops that improve conversion at every stage. Content & Product Marketing:
Partner with Product to produce compelling collateral, case studies, competitive decks, and launch materials that arm SDRs and AEs. Events & Field Marketing:
Coordinate industry trade shows, local events, and sponsored conferences to expand visibility, generate leads, and build community engagement. Continuous Optimization:
Conduct ongoing channel performance reviews, implement A/B tests, and pivot budget allocation toward the highest-ROI activities. Required Qualifications
4 - 7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing. Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact, not just top-of-funnel leads. Hands-on experience with modern GTM stacks: Marketing Automation Platforms, CRM, Google Ads and Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and A/B testing tools. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Must be capable of designing dashboards, interpreting trends, and presenting actionable insights. Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to partner across departments and translate marketing data into business impact. Self-starter attitude; comfortable building programs from the ground up in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Location & Travel
This role is based at QuikStor headquarters in
El Segundo, California . Periodic travel (10 - 20 %) for industry events, customer visits, and team offsites is required.
