Position Overview

The Graphic Designer willbe responsible for the design, production, and brand application acrosspackaging, point-of sale, sales collateral, and print campaigns.

This role is detail-drivenand fast-paced - ideal for a designer who thrives in color systems, dielines,print specs, and mockups but can also bring creative flair to conceptdevelopment. You will collaborate closely with our design, marketing, andoperations teams to deliver packaging and brand materials that look sharp,print perfectly, and connect with consumers across every touchpoint.

Job Responsibilities

Packaging Design &Development:
• Design andexecute packaging concepts across Ready®'s full product line (bars, powders,drinks, snacks, etc.) from brainstorming, concepting, prototyping through printproduction.
• Prepareproduction-ready files and manage dielines, print specs, and materialtemplates.
• Collaborate withprinters and vendors to ensure accurate color, material, and finishrepresentation.
• Support packagingprojects.

Print, POS & SalesMaterials:
• Design in-storedisplays, signage, shelf talkers, case packs, and promotional assets for retailand event activations.
• Create visuallyengaging sales decks and PowerPoint presentations for internal and externaluse.
• Ensure brandconsistency across all physical and print touchpoints.

Production & FileManagement:
• Manage organizedfile structures, naming conventions, and print assets across Ready®'s internalarchive.
• Handle versioningand updates for packaging lines, flavor expansions, and print revisions.
• Maintain partner-readyproofs, printer guidelines, and press checks.

Mockups & Prototyping:
• Createhigh-quality 3D packaging renders or digital mockups for internal and retailpresentations.
• Develop physicalprototypes and sample packaging for photography, events, or testing.

Cross-Team Collaboration:
• Partner withmarketing, operations, and sales to translate strategy into cohesive visualdesign.
• Occasionallyassist with digital, social, or web assets as needed to support broader brand &360 marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degreein Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Experience: 2-3 years ofprofessional experience in CPG, packaging, print, or brand design. Experiencewith food / product photography is preferred.

Strong understanding of printproduction, dielines, and packaging processes

Working knowledge of Pantonematching, CMYK/RGB color management, and prepress workflows.

Proficiency in Adobe CreativeSuite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Experience with photoretouching, compositing, and basic color correction.

Familiarity with PowerPointfor design and presentation support.

Comfort with creating 3Dmockups or renders (e.g., Photoshop, Dimension, Blender, etc.).

Excellent attention todetail, organization, and deadline management.

Demonstrated understanding offlexographic, offset lithography, and digital printing processes and theirproduction requirements.

Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice.
