Position Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsiblefor the design, production, and brand application across packaging, point-ofsale, sales collateral, and print campaigns.

This role is detail-driven and fast-paced - ideal for adesigner who thrives in color systems, dielines, print specs, and mockups butcan also bring creative flair to concept development. You will collaborateclosely with our design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver packagingand brand materials that look sharp, print perfectly, and connect withconsumers across every touchpoint.

Job Responsibilities

Packaging Design & Development:
• Designand execute packaging concepts across Ready®'s full product line (bars,powders, drinks, snacks, etc.) from brainstorming, concepting, prototypingthrough print production.
• Prepareproduction-ready files and manage dielines, print specs, and materialtemplates.
• Collaboratewith printers and vendors to ensure accurate color, material, and finishrepresentation.
• Supportpackaging projects.

Print, POS & Sales Materials:
• Designin-store displays, signage, shelf talkers, case packs, and promotional assetsfor retail and event activations.
• Createvisually engaging sales decks and PowerPoint presentations for internal andexternal use.
• Ensurebrand consistency across all physical and print touchpoints.

Production & File Management:
• Manageorganized file structures, naming conventions, and print assets across Ready®'sinternal archive.
• Handleversioning and updates for packaging lines, flavor expansions, and printrevisions.
• Maintainpartner-ready proofs, printer guidelines, and press checks.

Mockups & Prototyping:
• Createhigh-quality 3D packaging renders or digital mockups for internal and retailpresentations.
• Developphysical prototypes and sample packaging for photography, events, or testing.

Cross-Team Collaboration:
• Partnerwith marketing, operations, and sales to translate strategy into cohesivevisual design.
• Occasionallyassist with digital, social, or web assets as needed to support broader brand& 360 marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, VisualCommunication, or related field.

Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in CPG,packaging, print, or brand design. Experience with food / product photographyis preferred.

Strong understanding of print production, dielines, andpackaging processes

Working knowledge of Pantone matching, CMYK/RGB colormanagement, and prepress workflows.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop,InDesign).

Experience with photo retouching, compositing, and basiccolor correction.

Familiarity with PowerPoint for design and presentationsupport.

Comfort with creating 3D mockups or renders (e.g.,Photoshop, Dimension, Blender, etc.).

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and deadlinemanagement.

Demonstrated understanding of flexographic, offsetlithography, and digital printing processes and their production requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
