Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient creative workflows to maximize productivity for paid campaigns on various platforms
- Collaborate with paid channels teams to identify and address their creative needs
- Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance creative processes and efficiency
- Manage the digital asset management system, ensuring assets are organized and accessible
- Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards
Qualifications
- Significant experience in creative operations or project management within a fast-paced creative environment
- Proven ability to manage creative operations across multiple languages and products
- Strong understanding of the creative development lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior B2B experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools to streamline workflows
