Marketing Specialist Job at Frazier Industrial Company in Long Valley

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is someone looking to continue to grow their career in marketing and gain hands‑on experience across a variety of marketing functions. You’ll be working directly in executing campaigns, creating content, events and trade shows, and working closely with customers and clients facing teams. Key Responsibilities Development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, email) Coordinate and schedule social media posts across various platforms Create marketing materials such as flyers, emails, and presentations Update client collateral and create new communications Event planning and direct support for trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events Market research and competitor analysis Track and report business KPIs Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Five years’ experience in a related position Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and take initiative Preferred (but not required) Internship or volunteer experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Experience with CRM and CMS Full-time: Salary $65-75K + bonus Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr
