$20.00/hr - $22.50/hr
At Triad Financial Services, we’re passionate about helping families achieve the dream of homeownership. As a Client Services and Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a hands‑on role supporting both our sales and marketing team and our client network.
This entry‑level, cross‑functional position offers exposure to multiple areas of the business, including marketing, client account services, and analytics/reporting. You’ll assist with marketing duties, client support tasks, and data projects that help our team make informed decisions and deliver exceptional service to our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
Help design, coordinate, and distribute marketing materials for dealers and brokers.
Support event and tradeshow logistics, from planning to follow‑up.
Contribute to content creation for email, social media, and promotional materials.
Help gather and summarize marketing data and campaign performance metrics.
Dealer Account & Client Services
Provide professional support to Triad’s client network.
Maintain and organize account data, reports, and supporting documentation.
Assist in tracking client onboarding and maintenance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and great partner experiences.
Analytics & Reporting
Use Excel and other data tools to collect, clean, and analyze data.
Assist in preparing reports that track marketing, market share, and client account performance.
Identify trends and share insights that support continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration & Special Projects
Support cross‑department initiatives as needed, adapting to new priorities as they arise.
Participate in brainstorming and problem‑solving discussions that improve workflow and customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with Excel and data organization; experience with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Creative thinker with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
Regular and punctual attendance required consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
