Position Summary The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting a wide range of marketing activities across Borland Groover and the Borland Groover Foundation. Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, this role assists with all aspects of the marketing process, from planning to execution. While the role is primarily weekday-based, some evening and weekend hours will be required on occasion. Essential Job Functions Work closely with the Manager of Marketing and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks within the marketing department. Manage Birdeye platform: monitor and respond to reviews, flag negative reviews as appropriate. Oversee BG Store operations: manage orders, track inventory, and coordinate fulfillment. Assist with Marketing Material Intake forms and orders with Century Printing. Review Online Submissions and Online appointment requests and handle appropriately. Coordinate regional physician tours to referring providers on behalf of the Marketing Manager; prepare and organize marketing folders and materials. Update referring providers information on SecureXFlow. Represent and promote Borland Groover at sponsored events. Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Responsibilities Review Financial Aid assistance applications and submit for review. Assist with preparing BG Cares Colonoscopy Vouchers folders. Assist with the planning and execution of special events (MTGS, Golf Event), this may include: Assist with negotiations for event space, food, beverage, and supplies. Serve as a liaison with vendors and sponsors on event related matters. Assist with managing on-site set up, execution and clean-up. Drive and run errands as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Education And Experience Preferred bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Required Highschool Diploma, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint). Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Ability to function well within specified time frames and under pressure. Moderate degree of flexibility to accommodate fluctuating workloads and work hours. Valid Florida driver's license. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk and sit for an extended amount of time. Ability to see within normal parameters. Ability to hear within normal range. Ability to use hands, arms, and legs within specifications of the job. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds at times.
