Responsibilities Plan and execute email and social media campaigns with the marketing team Stay current on digital marketing trends, metrics, and platform updates Create compelling copy and visuals for digital content Track and analyze web traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics Develop and manage content schedules based on audience insights Create promotions, competitions, and other strategies to attract customers Evaluate and report on campaign performance Manage and respond to online reviews Proofread marketing content for clarity and accuracy Assist with website updates, digital signage, and general marketing tasks Contribute strategic ideas to enhance online sales and user experience Collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects under deadlines Qualifications BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent experience Experience with Facebook/Instagram marketing tools, Canva, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics is a plus Strong organizational, multitasking, and self-management skills Ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen Benefits Competitive pay at $24/hr Family owned and operated Positive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
