Reports to: Showroom Manager

Title: Showroom Consultant

Responsibilities

• Administrative: Accurately completing customer orders and following up on customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person
• Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and effectively showcases products. Assist in designing and setting up display areas that attract and inspire clients
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing design expertise and addressing client questions and concerns
• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and project requirements. Provide expert advice on product selection, design options, and installation considerations
• Design Development: Help clients and designers with their bathroom and kitchen design through our product offerings.
• Product Knowledge: Ability to learn, grow, and maintain a deep understanding of our product lines, including plumbing fixtures, faucets, and accessories, and stay updated on emerging trends in luxury design
• Project Management: Collaborate with clients throughout the design and installation process, coordinating with contractors and vendors as needed to ensure timely and successful project completion
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, contractors, and interior designers, positioning Winsupply as a trusted resource in high-end plumbing design

Qualifications

• Experience in a design or sales role within the residential construction industry
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and current trends in luxury interiors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in computer literacy
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a team environment
