Reports to: Showroom Manager Title: Showroom Consultant Responsibilities Administrative: Accurately completing customer orders and following up on customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and effectively showcases products. Assist in designing and setting up display areas that attract and inspire clients Sales Support: Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing design expertise and addressing client questions and concerns Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and project requirements. Provide expert advice on product selection, design options, and installation considerations Design Development: Help clients and designers with their bathroom and kitchen design through our product offerings.
