US $100,000 – $156,000 per year

Title and Summary Sales Manager – Test & Learn (Media & Digital Partnership)

Overview We are seeking a sales leader to specialize in closing new and growing existing client opportunities for Mastercard's Test & Learn® platform. Specialists develop sales strategies, build client pipelines for multimillion‑dollar deals, present solutions to senior executives, and collaborate with internal teams to close deals.

Business Experiments – Enable businesses to run experiments and test initiatives in areas like product launches, pricing, and marketing.

Predictive Analytics – Uses machine learning to analyze data, understand the true impact of initiatives, and identify key drivers of performance.

Actionable Insights – Provides actionable insights and recommendations for maximizing ROI by targeting the most responsive customers or initiatives.

Role Description (Responsibilities)

Develop and execute sales strategy for the Test & Learn platform and related services.

Cultivate and convert a pipeline of potential clients into active platform users.

Secure significant, multi‑year deals by demonstrating the platform's value.

Present the platform’s capabilities to senior client audiences and influence large business decisions.

Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, to provide client insights and develop solution proposals.

Build and maintain strong, long‑term partnerships with clients in alignment with Mastercard Services.

Key Skills And Experience Needed

Strong sales and commercial acumen, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Experience working with or selling solutions to clients in the media and advertising industry.

Deep understanding of analytics and desire to learn more about data‑driven solutions.

Proficiency in software/data‑driven selling.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to translate data into client solutions.

Ability to build senior‑level client relationships and present complex solutions.

Bachelor’s degree.

New York City, NY: $104,000 – $156,000

Arlington, VA: $100,000 – $150,000

Boston, MA: $100,000 – $150,000

Chicago, IL: $87,000 – $130,000

Purchase, NY: $100,000 – $150,000

Note:

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
