Base pay range $135,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr

Job Summary Reporting to the Director of Patient/Caregiver Marketing, this hire will play a key role in consumer marketing activities in the US for our current and future ultra rare disease breakthrough therapies. The Senior Manager of Patient/Caregiver Marketing will be responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of consumer marketing activities in support of NS Pharma’s objectives and growth plan. This person will be responsible for the implementation of disease state education and promotional materials for the sales force and non‑personal channels. They will be responsible for ensuring strong cross‑functional alignment in the seamless execution of strategy and promotional tactics working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role that requires you to be in the Paramus, NJ office twice a week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work cross‑functionally to support the development of Annual Brand Plan and budgeting process.

Partner with the internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute initiatives aligned to consumer marketing strategic objectives.

Ensure timely and efficient review of promotional materials through collaboration with medical, legal and regulatory colleagues.

Effectively partner and manage external partners including creative, AOR, media, digital; accountable for project timelines and budgets; ensures budget aligns with planned annual spend.

Develop and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with key cross‑functional partners, including PRC, Legal, Compliance, HCP Marketing, Patient Services, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales, and others, as appropriate.

Collaborate with Patient Services and Advocacy teams to support patient advocacy events.

Contribute to strategic development and execution of brand(s) initiatives.

Identify key market trends and develop acute awareness of the competitive environment.

At all times, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and corporate policies.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a consumer marketing role for a pharmaceutical/biotech company.

Strong digital marketer with experience managing the execution of omnichannel campaigns.

Able to demonstrate leadership and interface with various levels of the organization.

Ideal candidate is highly collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and a strategic mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong ethical standards and sense of integrity.

Action oriented with history of being an effective team player with experience leading and influencing others to ensure successful outcomes.

Education and Experience

BS/BA degree (in scientific or business discipline preferred) and 5+ years of strong marketing experience in pharmaceuticals required.

Strong understanding of digital best practice, copywriting, and design.

Experience successfully managing marketing content that concisely communicates complex, scientifically nuanced concepts.

Experience managing outside agencies (creative, digital, and media) and partnering with cross‑functional internal teams to execute brand and strategic marketing direction.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.

Comfortable contributing to the development of relevant campaign KPIs and closely monitoring performance.

Success in discussing key business / scientific challenges.

History of collaboration across departments to deliver complex initiatives having cross‑functional impact.
