Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our brand managers in lockstep with our corporate marketing office. This role focuses on coordinating marketing initiatives, maintaining alignment across teams, assisting with administrative tasks, and gathering market insights to support strategic growth. While basic design and digital asset management skills are helpful, the primary emphasis is on communication, scheduling, project coordination, and identifying market opportunities within a fast-paced wholesale wine & spirits environment.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Coordination
Serve as a key liaison between brand managers, suppliers, sales teams, and the corporate marketing office.
Maintain and update the master marketing calendar, ensuring timely communication of sales incentives, promotions, supplier activities, and campaigns.
Set deadlines with brand managers and sales teams, follow up to ensure timely completion, and escalated when needed.
Act as the conduit for gathering data, pricing, program details, and content from internal teams to clearly communicate requests and initiatives to the corporate marketing office, including monthly specials and other promotional materials.
Support brand managers with administrative tasks such as reporting, item setup, meeting preparation, and follow-up documentation.
Brand & Sales Support
Assist brand managers with supplier communications and coordination of brand-specific programs.
Maintain and update a supplier master list with key contacts, program details, and brand-specific information.
Support brand managers with supplier accounts receivable (A/R) tracking, communication, and follow-up.
Support the launch of new items, promotions, in-store tastings and market activations by ensuring timely availability of materials and information.
Help manage POS inventory and coordinate with vendors or suppliers for ordering/distribution.
Digital Marketing & Asset Management
Update product information and assets on trade-facing platforms such as Provi and SevenFifty.
Assist in the creation and distribution of e-blasts and digital sales tools (template-driven, minimal design).
Coordinate the creation, publication and distribution of marketing assets, sell sheets, pricing updates, and trade communications.
Maintain a well-organized digital and physical library of sell sheets, logos, and supplier collateral.
Market Research & Opportunity Identification
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities in channels, customer segments, product categories, and innovations.
Research and catalog wine ratings and reviews from multiple publications to support sales storytelling and supplier communications.
Event & Meeting Support
Coordinate logistics for tastings, events, GSMs (General Sales Meetings), and supplier visits, including scheduling, sample tracking, and on-site support.
Prepare presentations, packets, and materials in collaboration with brand managers, suppliers and corporate marketing (using corporate templates where possible).
Qualifications
1–3 years of marketing, sales support, or coordination experience, preferably in the beverage alcohol or wholesale industry.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow through on commitments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Familiarity with trade platforms (SevenFifty, Provi) and email platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp) preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain brand consistency and accuracy.
Basic design ability in PowerPoint or Canva; advanced design expertise not required.
Passion for wine, spirits, and trade marketing is a plus.
