Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, Facebook)
Create, schedule, and manage multimedia content (graphics, videos, infographics, animations) that aligns with brand identity and project goals
Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to optimize content strategy, reach, and engagement
Collaborate with internal teams—including creative directors, video producers, project managers, and researchers—to align social media efforts with organizational initiatives
Present and explain social media strategies and performance data in clear, accessible language to non-technical stakeholders
Stay current on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging technologies to inform creative and strategic decisions
Maintain an organized content calendar, ensuring the timely publication of posts and campaigns
Uphold brand tone, style, and quality across all channels
