The Marketing Specialist, Digital Demand Generation, will support the Digital Marketing Team in building compelling, digital stories via digital advertising and paid social media campaigns. They will support the development and execution of the omni-channel digital strategy for our regional marketing teams and support the development of our digital editorial calendar to support Regional Marketing plans. Key Responsibilities
Outbound Digital Demand Generation Marketing Digital Advertising: Own and execute all global digital advertising within Google, Microsoft, YouTube, etc. Recommend strategy, messaging, and analyze reporting. Paid Social Media: Own and execute global paid social media for LinkedIn via Sprinklr. Recommend strategy, messaging, and analyze reporting. Audience Development: Utilize ZoomInfo to develop relevant audiences for digital campaigns. Digital Messaging: Copy edit digital messages to ensure overall accuracy and consistency. Balance business objectives, stakeholder demands, and trending topics with customer expectations to deliver an impactful and meaningful message. Reporting & Accountability: Maintain digital campaign budgetary strategies while reporting on key results and ROAs metrics associated with work areas on a scheduled basis. Develop and maintain global digital marketing team reporting dashboards within Sprinklr. Special Projects: Will be asked to contribute to and support additional strategic marketing initiatives as they emerge. Education and Experience – Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field with 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing. Experience with social media (Sprinklr or similar database experience) and analytics (GA4 or similar database experience) platforms. Ability to write optimized messages for different audiences, ensuring a ‘customer first’ approach, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it. Experience with telling a story using words, images, and/or video and an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience. Creative and thoughtful with great powers of persuasion and presentation. Education and Experience – Desired
Knowledge of Sprinklr, GA4, ZoomInfo and/or similar social media and analytics management platforms Knowledge of Workfront or similar project management platforms Understanding of database management Consensus builder and collaborator Project management This position does not support immigration sponsorship. Compensation The range for this position is $80,083.00-$110,115.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
