Marketing Specialist (Digital Marketing + UI/UX)
Mandarin Required | OPT/H-1B Sponsorship Available**
About the Role We are looking for a bilingual (English + Mandarin) Marketing Specialist who has solid hands‑on experience in digital advertising, content creation, and basic UI/UX design. You will build our brand presence across U.S. social platforms, support sales campaigns, and optimize paid ads performance. OPT/CPT and H-1B sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
Create digital and offline marketing content (social media posts, website, email campaigns, brochures, landing pages).
Manage and update website content (WordPress/Wix/Shopify) while ensuring brand consistency and user‑friendly UI/UX.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Collaborate with the sales team to design marketing campaigns that drive leads and conversions.
Monitor ad metrics using GA4, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and report on CTR, CPC, CPL/CPA, CVR, ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing and adjust creatives, keywords, or audience targeting for better performance.
Assist with basic UI/UX design using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe XD/AI/PS.
Qualifications
Mandarin Chinese required (written & spoken) for internal communication and content adaptation.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media growth, or paid ads operation.
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
Working knowledge of UI/UX design or visual design concepts.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills; understands 3‑second hooks and first‑screen visual impact.
Familiar with advertising metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and A/B testing.
Experience with WordPress, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
OPT/CPT and H-1B visa sponsorship available.
