Influencer Manager
is the operational and creative overseer of Hello There Collective’s influencer programs. They ensure the right creators are sourced, the briefs are smart and strategic, and the content that comes back meets Hello There’s high creative standard. Sitting between the
Influencer Director
and the
Influencer Coordinator , this role owns the quality and alignment of all influencer work — reviewing, approving, and refining everything that moves from concept to client. The Influencer Manager manages executional flow, client communication, and creative quality across programs, ensuring every campaign runs efficiently, strategically, and beautifully.
Core Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution across all influencer programs — ensuring alignment with strategies defined by the Influencer Director.
Oversee Coordinators’ work on sourcing, briefing, and content tracking.
Review and approve all creator shortlists, briefs, and content before submission to the Influencer Director or client.
Ensure influencer selections align with campaign goals, creative direction, and target audience.
Maintain visibility across all active campaigns, managing pacing, deadlines, and quality.
Serve as the first point of escalation for campaign or creator issues before they reach the Director.
Manage and mentor Influencer Coordinators, providing structure, feedback, and support.
Establish clear expectations for sourcing quality, outreach professionalism, and campaign organization.
Regularly review Coordinator work — creator lists, briefs, and content drafts — providing actionable, detailed feedback.
Help develop Coordinators’ judgment and creative taste through coaching and shadowing.
Ensure internal communication between the influencer and social teams remains fluid and efficient.
Review all sourcing lists prepared by the Coordinator — ensuring creators meet brand, aesthetic, and performance criteria.
Approve creators for final review by the Director or client.
Ensure diversity, authenticity, and platform relevance in all creator rosters.
Guide Coordinators in balancing cost, content style, and strategic fit.
Maintain knowledge of the influencer landscape — spotting trends and emerging talent that fit Hello There’s client mix.
Oversee the creation and quality of influencer briefs drafted by the Coordinator.
Refine briefs to ensure they clearly communicate campaign story, deliverables, tone, and creative inspiration.
Align all briefs with the broader social and creative direction, collaborating with the Social and Creative Directors when needed.
Approve all briefs before client or creator distribution.
Ensure briefs feel unique, brand-right, and creatively inspiring — not templated or repetitive.
Content Review & Quality Control
Lead internal content review process for influencer deliverables:
First pass:
completed by Coordinator.
Second pass (approval):
completed by Manager.
Final sign-off:
done by Influencer Director.
Evaluate all content for creative quality, messaging accuracy, FTC compliance, and brand alignment.
Provide feedback to Coordinators for creator revisions, ensuring clear and actionable notes.
Flag high-performing or standout content for reuse or cross-posting on brand channels.
Serve as the primary client-facing lead for influencer program updates, deliverable reviews, and performance check-ins.
Partner with the Account Director to communicate campaign progress, status updates, and reporting summaries.
Maintain proactive communication with the Influencer Director to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
Collaborate with Social and Creative Directors to keep influencer output consistent with broader brand storytelling.
Join client calls for influencer-specific discussions and report delivery.
Oversee the collection and QA of influencer metrics (views, engagement, EMV, conversions).
Ensure Coordinators accurately track content links, screenshots, and analytics in campaign trackers.
Approve reports before submission to the Influencer Director or client.
Identify top-performing creators and insights to inform future strategy.
Support quarterly or post-campaign reports with analysis and narrative framing.
