We are seeking a highly motivated, extremely detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Pompano Beach, Florida Headquarters. This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional with hands‑on experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You will be essential in coordinating and executing our marketing initiatives, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on brand, and with precision. If you are a self‑starter with a passion for execution and growth, we will provide the platform for you to excel. Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Content Execution: Support the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns (email, social media, business platforms) from execution to monitoring. Strictly adhere to the marketing calendar, ensuring all assets (copy, images, videos) are created, reviewed by leadership, and scheduled promptly. Social Media & Community Building: Drive growth and engagement across all social media platforms by developing platform‑specific content (including high‑quality photos and videos). Research & Operational Support: Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends and analyze competitor marketing strategies to seek out new platform and growth opportunities. Provide administrative support for the marketing team, including optimizing images, researching and organizing Trade Shows, managing Salesforce and completing ad‑hoc marketing requests. Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant full‑time work experience in a marketing coordination or similar role. Exceptional attention to detail and proven proofreading skills Highly motivated, positive, and professional attitude Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and successfully multitask while overseeing multiple projects and strict deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Canva, Google Analytics, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, Constant Contact, and Word Press Reliability and dependability are key this is an in‑office position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
