Position Summary Boyd & Jenerette is seeking a dedicated and driven Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team. Location & Commitments
Practice Area / Department: Coverage & Bad Faith
Status: Full‑Time / Exempt
Work Location: Hybrid / In‑Office options available. Must be able to commute to Jacksonville, FL office.
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Salary: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00
Responsibilities
Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings.
Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial.
Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients.
Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.
Maintain up‑to‑date client files for easy access by the team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Competencies
Florida Bar Admission.
Judicial clerkship and law review experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management and problem‑solving abilities.
Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
Must meet billing goal expectations.
