Qualifications

1+ years experience in PLS CADD design

Excellent communication interacting with technical teams and subcontractors

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to work with large data sets and build data schemas

Bachelors Degree in Engineering

Proficiency in GIS

PLS Pole and/or PLS Tower

Job Description Insight Global’s client is seeking a skilled PLS-CADD Designer to join their team in Midland, TX! The PLS-CADD Designer will support transmission and distribution projects by creating detailed designs for overhead power lines using PLS-CADD software. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in structural analysis, CAD drafting, and electrical design standards, and will collaborate closely with engineers, surveyors, and project stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective designs.
