UX Researcher – Jobs via Dice

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Lead end‑to‑end research initiatives including usability testing, surveys, nomenclature studies, and other methods.
• Apply both qualitative and quantitative techniques to uncover insights that influence product strategy.
• Develop and execute research plans that address team questions and project goals.
• Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable findings for cross‑functional teams (design, product, content across U.S. and CA markets).
• Communicate findings effectively across all levels, including executive stakeholders.
• Champion inclusive and transparent research processes and foster team alignment.
• 6+ years of UX research experience, preferably across multiple industries (banking preferred).
• Strong quantitative research skills (survey design, data analysis, interpretation).
• Proven experience with usability testing and applying design principles.
• Organized, comfortable navigating ambiguity, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Collaborative mindset—eager and confident to share work in progress and receive feedback.

Pay & Benefits

Rate: $50.00–$55.00 per hour.
