ABOUT THE ROLE

The Talent Producer supports a group of Peloton Instructors in creating engaging classes and content that aligns with Peloton’s brand standards. The role offers hands‑on production support, content development, and talent management across 1‑4 fitness modalities.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Pre‑Production Support – prepare class plans, scripts, and creative briefs.
• Creative Assistance – generate concepts for class themes, social media, and promotional materials.
• Research & Collaboration – work with the Music team on music selection and integration.
• Content Execution – collaborate with the Studio Producer team and manage edits.
• Instructor Feedback – review live/recorded classes and provide constructive feedback.
• Social Strategy Support – develop strategies for enhancing instructors’ social media presence.
• Class Clips & Social Content – capture key moments for Peloton’s channels.
• Programming Support – balance instructor schedules and maintain content diversity.
• Content Development & Protocols – create production protocols with Fitness Development teams.
• Creative Producer Lead – support cross‑functional initiatives from concept to execution.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• Experience – 2–4 years in production, broadcast, or creative roles, preferably with on‑camera talent.
• Education – Bachelor’s in Journalism, Communications, Media Production, or related field.
• Creative & Editorial Skills – strong writing, research, and editorial abilities.
• Fitness & Production Knowledge – basic understanding of Peloton’s modalities is helpful.
• Technical & Social Media Savvy – familiarity with platforms and content editing tools.
• Personal Qualities – strong communication, detail orientation, and collaboration mindset.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & REQUIREMENTS

• Based in New York; in‑office requirement of at least 3 days per week.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

COMPLEMENTARY BENEFITS

The base salary range is $106,300 – $125,750 USD.
