Key Responsibilities

• Assess damage, prep work areas, perform patching and finishing to meet company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service during in‑home repair visits.
• Communicate project status and updates using company CRM software.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Speedy Patch’s reputation on every job.
• Complete daily reports and photos via mobile systems.
• Drive independently to job sites and maintain basic equipment and supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure clean, orderly work areas post‑service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience with drywall repair.
• Ability to handle all phases of drywall patching, hanging, taping, and finishing.
• General construction knowledge.
• Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in client homes.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
