Architect and implement a growth‑driven sales strategy targeting brand owners, retailers, and global nutraceutical companies in North America.
Drive new business development across key dosage formats: gummies, unit dose, and softgels.
Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing sales organization with a focus on innovation, customer engagement, and strategic account management.
Oversee pricing models, contract negotiations, and margin optimization to ensure sustainable profitability.
Position the company as a leading CDMO for advanced delivery formats, emphasizing innovation, quality, and speed‑to‑market.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns that showcase our formulation expertise, regulatory support, and turnkey manufacturing solutions.
Manage digital marketing, trade show presence, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine product positioning and inform strategic decisions.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations to align commercial strategies with technical capabilities and customer expectations.
Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics.
Support strategic initiatives including partnerships, licensing opportunities, and M&A evaluations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or CDMO sectors.
Demonstrated success in selling complex dosage formats (gummies, softgels, unit dose) to B2B clients.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
