Senior Product Marketing Manager – Healthcare and Life Sciences (Clinical Apps) Join Microsoft and help drive adoption of role‑based clinical applications, including our flagship Dragon Copilot and medical imaging solutions.

Responsibilities

Create and execute go‑to‑market strategies that increase awareness, acquisition, and revenue growth for medical imaging solutions.

Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and other Marketing teams to conduct market and customer research to deeply understand target audiences, market trends, and competitive offerings.

Integrate AI tools and technologies into marketing workflows to optimize content creation and other product marketing tasks.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineering, sales, PR, social media—to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs.

Measure and optimize the impact of marketing activities on key performance indicators such as awareness, leads, trials, and user acquisition.

Present opportunities and strategies to senior leaders and influence wider brand and organizational strategies.

Qualifications – Required

Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor’s degree in those fields AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Experience with marketing AI‑driven solutions, especially generative AI applications in healthcare.

Experience defining and executing commercial go‑to‑market strategies, partnering with product teams, sales, and partners.

Proven storytelling and content development skills for technical and clinical audiences.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor’s degree in those fields AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Experience working with clinical workflows and healthcare personas (physicians, nurses, radiologists) and how technology impacts care delivery.

Familiarity with EHR systems, imaging platforms, and clinical documentation processes.

Experience driving adoption through integrated campaigns, persona‑based messaging, and partner ecosystems.

Experience with market analysis, competitive positioning, and performance measurement using OKRs and KPIs.

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape product direction based on market insights.

Skilled at cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, product management, and field teams.

Compensation Product Marketing IC4 – Base pay range: $106,400–203,600 annually (U.S.). In the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City metropolitan area the range is $137,600–222,600 annually.
