ProNotary
ProNotary (www.pronotary.com) is a growing SaaS company leading the digital transformation of trust and notarization. Our secure, compliant Remote Online Notarization (RON) platform empowers enterprise clients and small businesses to execute critical documents safely and efficiently. As we expand nationally, we are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive our go‑to‑market strategy.
Position Overview We are seeking a data‑obsessed Growth Marketing Manager to own the top of our funnel and accelerate customer acquisition. This role will focus on experimenting with and scaling the most effective paid and organic channels to drive high‑quality leads for our sales team. If you live for A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and cracking the code on scalable growth, this is the role for you.
This role is also responsible for developing and executing a multi‑channel marketing strategy that builds brand awareness and positions us as the thought leader in the digital transaction space. The ideal candidate is a data‑driven marketer who is equally comfortable with strategy and execution with strong graphic design skills, capable of translating marketing strategy into compelling visual assets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, including budget, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Content & Design Marketing:
Create a content calendar and produce high‑value content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars) that addresses the pain points of our enterprise and SMB audiences. Design all supporting visual assets, including social media graphics, webinar slides, eBook layouts, and infographics.
Demand Generation:
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including PPC (Google Ads/LinkedIn), SEO, email marketing, and social media to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Brand & Product Marketing:
Craft compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our platform in the market. Develop sales materials like battle cards, case studies, and pitch decks.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, using data to inform future strategy.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Continuously test and optimize landing pages, ad copy, and user journeys to improve conversion rates and lower customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Marketing Automation:
Build and manage sophisticated email nurture streams and lead scoring models to efficiently move leads through the sales funnel.
ABM Support:
Work with the sales team to develop and execute targeted Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) plays for key enterprise accounts.
Compensation
