Senior Consultant - Commercial Content

Role Overview
As a Remote, full‑time permanent consultant, you will partner with customers to design, implement, and optimize Veeva’s Commercial Content Applications (PromoMats, MedComms, and MedInquiry). You will drive discovery workshops, develop technical solutions, and ensure clients fully leverage the platform’s capabilities.
What You’ll Do
Lead discovery workshops with customers, aligning on business objectives and solutions.
Translate complex client and solution concepts into clear, actionable architecture.
Develop expertise in the Veeva Vault platform and deliver application build, test, and deploy activities.
Identify and manage interdependencies across program or project streams.
Create project deliverables, process standards, and post‑go‑live support strategies.
Requirements
7+ years of consulting or equivalent experience.
Industry experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Document/Content Management.
Track record of meeting with senior management as a subject‑matter expert.
Strong presentation and solution design skills.
Ability to articulate complex concepts to varied audiences.
Travel up to 25% for post‑implementation or implementation roles.
Nice to Have
Experience with life sciences customers (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical/diagnostic devices).
Experience configuring or implementing Veeva Commercial Content applications.

Base pay: $80,000 – $200,000.
