The Video Engineer is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, support, and optimization of global video conferencing, digital signage, and AV systems. This role ensures seamless video communication and collaboration across all regions, supporting both local and remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

Global Video Support:

Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for video conferencing platforms, digital signage, and scheduling systems across multiple global locations.

AV Systems Engineering:

Design, deploy, and maintain AV infrastructure, including hardware and software for meeting rooms, executive spaces, and digital signage.

Project Leadership:

Lead or support AV-related projects, including lifecycle management, upgrades, and integration with other collaboration tools.

Vendor Management:

Collaborate with AV integrators and external service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and timely resolution of issues.

Proactive Support:

Implement monitoring and proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize user experience.

Documentation & Training:

Develop and maintain technical documentation, and provide training to local support teams and end users.

Regional Collaboration:

Work closely with support leads in NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistent standards and best practices.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
