About the Role The Sage Group’s client is looking for a highly driven Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize all revenue‑related marketing activities across demand generation, campaigns, and events. This role will be the backbone of our go‑to‑market engine, ensuring that data, reporting, and processes are tightly aligned with revenue goals. You will work extensively within HubSpot, with additional exposure to Dreamdata (or similar revenue attribution platforms), and will be responsible for building the most accurate and actionable revenue funnel. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast‑paced startup environments, is relentlessly data‑driven, and is comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities
Marketing Operations Leadership
Own and optimize the marketing tech stack with an emphasis on HubSpot.
Manage end‑to‑end campaign operations including demand generation activities, email campaigns, events, webinars, and nurture programs.
Ensure seamless campaign execution and attribution.
Revenue Funnel Reporting & Analytics
Define, track, and optimize the marketing funnel from lead to revenue.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance at every stage of the funnel.
Partner with revenue, sales, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights and recommend improvements.
Leverage Dreamdata (or similar platforms) for multi‑touch attribution and revenue impact reporting.
Data Management & Process Optimization
Maintain clean, accurate, and reliable marketing and revenue data within HubSpot.
Implement best practices in database hygiene, segmentation, and lead scoring.
Continuously identify process bottlenecks and design scalable solutions for growth.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with demand generation, sales, and product marketing teams to align on goals and reporting.
Support event marketing with operational execution and measurement.
Provide revenue operations guidance to ensure marketing activities contribute effectively to pipeline creation.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related roles.
Strong hands‑on expertise with HubSpot (required).
Experience with revenue attribution platforms such as Dreamdata, Hockeystack, or similar (preferred).
Proven track record of building accurate and actionable revenue funnel reporting.
Deep understanding of demand generation, marketing automation, and lead lifecycle management.
Experience in fast‑growing startups with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Tireless passion for data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into insights.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
