Strategic Growth Marketing Specialist
to assume full responsibility for marketing activities in the Americas region. This position is designed to significantly strengthen their U.S. market presence.
This role will be instrumental in driving measurable growth through e‑commerce sales and lead generation while supporting the broader commercial strategy. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong operational proficiency, capable of executing integrated marketing programs that build pipeline, accelerate revenue, and enhance competitive positioning across the region.
As the Growth Marketing Specialist, you will have ownership of digital innovation, growth marketing, and e‑commerce excellence. You'll work in an international team environment with visible partnership opportunities alongside sales, product, and executive leadership, directly influencing regional business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
E‑Commerce & Digital Performance
Drive e‑commerce sales growth through SEO/SEM, Google Ads, programmatic advertising, and CRO tactics
Optimize conversion funnels, conduct A/B testing, and maximize ROI and customer lifetime value
Manage digital merchandising, product launches, and regional promotional strategies
Growth Marketing & Lead Generation
Execute omnichannel campaigns across email, paid social, display, affiliate, and retargeting channels
Design automated nurture programs and account‑based marketing (ABM) initiatives
Implement lead generation programs using content marketing, webinars, landing pages, and digital events
Utilize intent data and predictive analytics to qualify leads and optimize sales handoffs
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track channel KPIs, attribution modeling, and cohort analysis for customer acquisition insights
Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks for digital performance visibility
Manage digital measurement infrastructure including GA4 implementation
Regional Marketing & Communications
Oversee ambassador, influencer, and regional communication programs
Guide content localization and adaptation for digital properties
Plan and coordinate regional trade shows, customer events, webinars, and sponsorships
Strategic Collaboration
Partner with regional sales teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals
Conduct market research and competitive analysis using digital tools
Advise on pricing strategies, go‑to‑market readiness, and market positioning
Collaborate with product, IT, and global marketing teams on campaign localization
Requirements
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
8‑10 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on e‑commerce, demand generation, and growth marketing
Proven track record scaling e‑commerce sales and omnichannel campaigns across B2B and/or B2C segments
Advanced proficiency with SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, paid social, CRO, A/B testing, and funnel analytics
Expert‑level skills with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, marketing automation, and CRM systems
Deep knowledge of email marketing, automation workflows, ABM, and digital lead scoring
Native English proficiency with strong copywriting and content creation abilities
Results‑oriented, proactive, and able to self‑direct in a fast‑paced environment
Experience operating independently within cross‑functional, global organizations
Preferred:
Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Marketing)
Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Fluent Spanish
Experience managing cross‑regional teams in matrixed, international environments
Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer platforms, and digital partnership management
Proficiency with martech stacks, data visualization platforms, predictive analytics, and intent data
Agency and vendor management experience
Passionate about data‑driven experimentation and rapid optimization
Benefits
Compensation:
Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 - $115,000
Compensation Structure: 70% base / 30% variable (performance‑based incentive tied to measurable revenue impact from e‑commerce growth)
