As a
BIM Designer , you will be engaged in the design documentation while being responsible for the set‑up and management of Revit BIM models in coordination with other discipline BIM leads and team members. Working under the direction of the telecom discipline or project leads, you will showcase your Revit expertise and create and manage content toward fully coordinated 3D models across all design disciplines (C,S,A,M,E,P,T,I,L) as well as creating 2D construction drawings. Base pay range
$71,000.00/yr - $93,150.00/yr Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent At least 3 years of BIM design experience At least 3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications systems design and construction industry A growing understanding of how codes and standards shape design decisions A growing understanding of design and construction specifications and their function Basic understanding of wiring/cabling connections in relation to a circuit or a link between devices and equipment Experience following client design and modeling standards Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar markup software Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to estimate hours required for design and modeling efforts based on provided mark‑ups and/or verbal requests Willingness to learn new things Preferred Qualifications
At least 3 years of Revit and/or AutoCAD design experience Understanding of data center environments Knowledge and design experience with paging, intercom and audio‑visual systems Knowledge and design experience with life safety and security systems, fire alarms, access control, CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) Knowledge of control systems, network components and topology Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
