As the Manager, Growth & Lifecycle Marketing you will be tasked with driving and scaling paid programs for a rapidly growing PLG, driving measurable acquisition growth. From analyzing paid campaign performance across all channels, to working with the data team to build attribution models and spending time optimizing email sequences to convert leads into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale all paid marketing channels including CRM and email, paid search, OOH, Ads and more with a particular focus on the growth and development of CRM and email.

Take ownership of lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive optimization.

Revamp and optimize CRM automation and internal marketing emails.

Lead all growth initiatives as the business grows from a start‑up to a mid‑size organization, including setting strategy and delivering on the execution.

Improve customer acquisition metrics and deep dive into the analytics underpinning performance.

Lean into the creative process to deliver excellent paid marketing campaigns.

Key Requirements

Must have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a background in PLG environments.

Have experience in B2B SaaS organizations, ideally at the start‑up stage or hyper growth.

Proven experience scaling paid marketing programs with significant budgets of $500k+ annual ad spend with proven ROI.

Managed CRM and email marketing campaigns utilizing tools such as Hubspot or Postmark.

Strong product marketing experience.
