We are investing in a newly formed Customer Relationship Marketing team and are seeking an innovative thought leader with a strategic mindset to lead a team of marketing professionals responsible for driving deposit growth and retention which includes the onboarding journey for new client, supporting the portfolio and payments strategy and driving the marketing strategy for PNC’s Loyalty and Rewards initiative. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM strategist who has extensive experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide data-driven contact strategies to engage client segments or programs, driving conversion and improving overall marketing effectiveness. This person will lead a team of marketers while working across our matrix organization to lead high-impact marketing contact strategies, manage customer journeys, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. If you are passionate about … Breaking channel silos and moving to omni channel journey marketing to include increasing the number of journey and creating audience expertise. Consistently and increasingly using data to drive the way we optimize marketing investment and intent. Driving a continuous test & learn agenda across channel strategy, offers, audience selection, and creative strategy Monitoring campaign performance and effectiveness Managing a team of marketing professionals that will need to adapt their behavior by optimizing opportunities in flight which requires consuming data, competitive information, and real time signals and data insights. Prioritizing the growth levers and test and learn investments on the back of analytical rigor. Again, using performance metric and analysis to inform the recommended test and learn agenda. Assigning analytical rigor to decision making, specifically, audience segmentation and targeting, KPI definition, in-market test design, performance analytics and optimization Supporting the Marketing team’s cultural shift by helping transform the skill sets of team members into well rounded Marketing employees who can effectively develop and lead integrated multi-channel marketing strategies to drive growth. As the leader of this team, you will serve as a strategic thought leader for the Retail Executive Leadership team including deposit product management, the loyalty and rewards program team, payments product leaders, as well as working closely with our Customer Management Team to drive an integrated contact strategy that drives primacy for our deposit clients and optimizes client lifetime value. This requires a strategic mindset as you will need to develop your Marketing recommendation grounded in data and client insights.
