What will you be doing?
Proof advertisement copy and assist with marketing projects.
Maintain the work calendar and manage incoming mail, voicemail, and email.
Process paperwork, distribute invoices, and perform data entry.
Assist with booking reports, contracts, proposals, client calls, and honor system point posting.
Answer telephones, expedite correspondence, and make travel arrangements as needed.
Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects.
Requires experience with Social Media, Canva, and Photoshop.
