Salary: $2,000 to $3,000 per month

We’re looking for an exceptional Paid Advertising Specialist to help us bring our message to a wider audience. You’ll work directly with our CMO to execute paid campaigns that drive high-quality leads and sales across multiple funnels. This is an implementation-focused role for someone who loves turning great creative ideas into profitable ads.
Summary You’ll be responsible for creating, launching, and optimizing ads across Meta and Google - of which experience is a must -, and other platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Yahoo, etc). You’ll understand audience psychology, know what makes people click, and be comfortable using AI tools to streamline creative production and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing campaigns end-to-end - from writing copy and designing image ads to setting up tracking, conversion objectives, and analyzing results. You’ll be trusted to take a funnel, understand its target audience, and build campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google (Tiktok, LinkedIn, Yahoo and Native ad platforms a bonus)
Design, and produce static ad creatives, create briefs and hooks for the video team to produce (editing skills a bonus)
Write high-converting ad copy tailored to each audience and funnel stage
Manage ad accounts, budgets, and campaign structures to meet KPIs
Set up and manage tracking pixels, events, and conversion objectives
Use AI tools to enhance ad creation and reporting workflows
Conduct A/B tests on creative, copy, and audience segments
Analyze and report on campaign performance, with clear insights and actionable recommendations
Collaborate with marketing, design, and funnel teams to ensure alignment between creative, messaging, and landing pages
Stay ahead of platform updates, policy changes, and emerging best practices in paid media
KPI Measures
Cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA) performance vs. benchmarks
Return on ad spend (ROAS)
Lead quality and conversion rates through the funnel
Ad creative engagement and click-through rates
Accuracy and reliability of tracking setup
Requirements
Accuracy and reliability of tracking setup
Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Solid understanding of audience targeting, demographics, and messaging strategy
Proficiency in ad creative design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Photoshop)
Experience using AI tools for creative production and marketing workflows
Understanding of funnel stages and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
Strong copywriting ability - able to write headlines and body copy that convert
Comfortable analyzing data and reporting actionable insights
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently under minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Experience running campaigns on TikTok, LinkedIn, or YouTube Ads
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or other CRM and automation platforms
Experience with AI-driven ad creation workflows (image generation, script creation, voiceover tools)
Understanding of UTM tracking, conversion APIs, and GA4 analytics
