Graphic Designer – Marketing Collateral

Overview We are seeking a versatile and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for versioning and producing high‑volume sales and marketing collateral that aligns with corporate tone, brand standards, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong design skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset to a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collateral Versioning & Production – Adapt and version source materials to ensure consistency with corporate tone and culture.
Produce a wide range of marketing assets including PowerPoint presentations, emails, toolkits, one‑pagers, placemats, and flyers.
Support a high‑volume workflow, contributing to the delivery of ~200 pieces of collateral over a six‑month period.
Process Optimization – Help improve team workflows and collaboration processes.
Track design outcomes and contribute ideas to enhance creative performance and feedback loops.
Required Skills & Experience
Strategic & Brand Thinking
Understands how design supports marketing and sales objectives, particularly within the financial services industry.
Translates business goals into visually compelling and brand‑consistent creative solutions.
Proactively contributes to process improvements and performance measurement strategies.
Design Skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint.
Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography.
Experienced in adapting materials while maintaining clarity and brand consistency.
Organized and efficient, capable of delivering high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
Compliance & Collaboration
Comfortable navigating multi‑layered compliance and review processes in regulated environments.
Communicates effectively and collaborates across marketing, compliance, and content teams.
Flexible and proactive in managing multiple priorities and integrating feedback.
Detail‑oriented and committed to upholding brand and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative design platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
Compensation And Benefits Slalom provides a range of benefits including meaningful time off and paid holidays, 401(k) with a match, highly subsidized health, dental, & vision coverage, adoption and fertility assistance, short/long‑term disability, and a yearly $350 reimbursement account for well‑being expenses. The pay rate range for this role is $55‑75/hr.
