We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who shares our passion for playful innovation, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.

Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator is a key member of our team responsible for managing and executing marketing activities that promote the fun abounds brand and drive engagement with our customers and partners. This role blends creativity and strategy — perfect for someone who can think outside the box, juggle multiple projects, and bring a whimsical yet professional energy to everything they do.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

Plan, create, and execute HubSpot marketing email campaigns, including pre‑ and post‑tradeshow communications.

Maintain and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram with weekly posts, community engagement, and creative content ideas.

Track campaign performance and analytics, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.

Budgeting & Analytics

Manage and monitor the annual marketing and advertising budget, ensuring funds are used efficiently and effectively.

Analyze marketing spend to determine ROI and identify areas for improvement.

Website Development & Management

Oversee updates, content, and performance for the company website, ensuring it remains fresh, functional, and aligned with company goals.

Coordinate with web developers or vendors as needed to enhance site features and usability.

Manage the full tradeshow schedule — from researching new opportunities to overseeing logistics.

Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and booth shipments, ensuring smooth execution for all events.

Maintain inventory of swag items, promotional materials, and tradeshow displays.

Handle event sponsorships and advertisements, working with vendors and organizations to maximize visibility and brand impact.

Research & Strategy

Proactively research tradeshows, industry organizations, and partnership opportunities to evaluate potential involvement and ROI.

Contribute fresh ideas for marketing initiatives, community engagement, and brand storytelling.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of marketing experience preferred, ideally in a small-to-medium business environment.

Proficient in HubSpot, social media platforms, and basic website management tools (WordPress, Wix, etc.).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Creative thinker with excellent written and visual communication abilities.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a tight‑knit team.
