$90,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Position Summary

As a Senior Manager of Affiliate Marketing at Sam’s Club, you will develop and lead business strategies and partnerships to drive ecommerce and in‑store traffic, new membership joins, and revenue growth. You will manage the affiliate channel, working closely with platform partners (Rakuten, Button), a dedicated team member, and a media agency. This role requires strong business acumen, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to present insights and updates to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the affiliate channel strategy, including budgeting, commission rates, forecasting, and partner management. Lead business development, partner recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing optimization for growth. Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, leveraging data and insights to optimize performance. Advocate for affiliate channel insights and performance to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Understand and apply attribution models, including incremental and last‑touch conversions. Coordinate with internal teams (Media, Creative, Site, Merchant) and external partners to ensure successful campaign activation and project completion. Present compelling updates, readouts, and recommendations to leadership, demonstrating executive presence. Requirements

6‑8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing. Proven performance mindset with experience optimizing conversion‑based KPIs. Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to balance storytelling and data‑driven insights. Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence and gain buy‑in at all levels. Effective communicator, comfortable engaging with potential partners and internal stakeholders. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to problem‑solving. Nice‑to‑Haves

Established industry relationships and experience working with marketing leaders and client organizations. Experience leading cross‑functional teams. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 3 years’ experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years’ experience in marketing or related field. Preferred Qualifications

Digital marketing (e.g., affiliate marketing, display advertising). Leading a cross‑functional team. Benefits
