The Opportunity Join Doosan Robotics × ONExia to build the revenue marketing function for a globally leading cobot platform, turning applied AI and automation into customer outcomes. If you have shipped pipeline in industrial or complex B2B, this is your bigger canvas. You will be handed a proven demand engine, and you will evolve it into a system that scales programs into pipeline and pipeline into revenue. You will own the full growth stack from events to marketing operations and see your work on the front lines of automation as robots run in production on real factory floors. This role offers autonomy, a working engine ready to scale, and a fast path to leadership as you grow the function across the United States and globally.
Key Responsibilities
Lead our SEO program with 3rd party agency: refine the content map, tighten briefs for technical blogs, instrument results, and scale what wins.
Build a steady cadence of experiments on landing pages and offers, measure lift, and scale the winners across segments.
Operate a focused paid search and paid social program, iterating weekly against performance metrics.
Own the trade show programs end to end: set strategy and playbook, manage calendar and footprint, define booth experience and demos, and run on‑site execution as we scale the number of shows annually.
Drive our proven YouTube channel and pilot complementary formats (webinars, expert talks, live demos) and convert engagement into pipeline.
Build Marketing Operations and Attribution
Own SQL conversion rate/velocity, lifecycle management while standing up lead scoring and routing SLAs.
Launch stage‑based nurtures by persona to progress leads toward SQL, embracing experimentation.
Build data pipeline and forecasting loop to backsolve targets into goals, while ensuring data quality and enrichment so data is trusted by Sales and Finance.
Own the tooling/CRM stack that powers this (automation, tracking, attribution), integrated cleanly into sales processes and reporting.
Make it metrics‑obsessed with dashboards for funnel conversion, stage velocity, pipeline by channel, and weekly actions tied to results.
Build Revenue Marketing Capabilities
Launch light ABM and deal acceleration plays for key accounts and late‑stage opportunities.
Create decision tools in collaboration with Sales that move deals forward (ROI calculators, proof kits, customer references, and executive briefs).
Build the repurchase and cross‑sell program: capture install and usage data, segment accounts, design repurchase/cross‑sell triggers and offers and run coordinated campaigns with Sales.
Document revenue plays with hypotheses, budgets, success criteria, and learning notes.
Team Management & Global Alignment
Start as a player‑coach, then hire for scale against our path to $100M topline, sequencing the first roles across domains (marketing ops, content/video, events/partner, digital).
Coordinate global launches with brand marketing team in Korea and support implementing codified playbook with regional teams in EUR and APAC.
Required Qualifications Experience & Background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
7–10 years in B2B growth for complex/technical products (industrial SaaS, robotics software, MES/CMMS, manufacturing data, or adjacent).
Proven ownership of a demand engine that produced pipeline and SQLs (not just campaigns).
History of scaling an existing motion into a repeatable system (webinars/video, SEO, events, focused paid).
Technical Skills
Marketing automation and CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent): lifecycle, scoring, routing, workflows/integrations, and dashboards.
SEO strategy and measurement; Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads; GA4 and Search Console.
Webinar production and short‑form video; clear technical writing for engineering and operations audiences.
Familiarity with ABM and intent data tools (e.g., Demandbase/6sense/Bombora) is a plus.
Core Competencies
Pipeline and revenue math thinker who can backsolve quarterly goals into channel, conversion, and velocity targets.
Hands‑on operator who builds repeatable systems and executes with speed and quality.
Cross‑functional communicator with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
Willing to travel (25–50%) for shows and working on‑site.
What We Offer
Competitive base salary with a performance bonus tied to pipeline, revenue influence, and efficiency.
Comprehensive benefits package including health, life, dental, and vision insurance.
401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
A seat at the table with global leadership and real influence on strategy.
Deliver repeatable pipeline and measurable revenue impact and you will step into Director or Head of Revenue Marketing with team buildout. As programs extend from ONExia to the broader cobot portfolio, you will shape go‑to‑market for automation and applied‑AI across North America and contribute to global scale.
