We’re looking for a growth‑minded Customer Marketing Manager to design and execute programs that deepen engagement with our customer base and drive cross‑sell and upsell opportunities. This role is central to turning our existing customers into long‑term, expanding relationships. You’ll partner cross‑functionally to build targeted, integrated campaigns and communications that highlight the value of our solutions, encourage adoption, and surface new opportunities for customers to expand their partnership with Definitive Healthcare.
What You’ll Do
Cross‑Sell & Upsell Programs: Partner with sales and customer success to develop and execute campaigns that introduce customers to new products, modules, or data solutions.
Customer Engagement: Own post‑onboarding communications like newsletters, feature spotlights, and education programs that keep customers active and informed.
Segment & Target Audiences: Define and prioritize key audiences by role, company, engagement, and solution needs to maximize campaign relevance and impact.
Advocacy Enablement: Activate engaged customers as references, reviewers, and case study participants.
Insights & Measurement: Track engagement metrics, campaign performance, and expansion revenue influence. Use insights to refine and scale programs.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus in customer marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing.
Proven success driving customer engagement and expansion campaigns.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate product value into compelling customer communications.
Experience working cross‑functionally with customer success and sales teams.
Familiarity with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
Data‑driven mindset with comfort pulling, analyzing, and presenting campaign results + insights.
Experience with Agile Marketing a plus.

Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $91,000 – $169,000 per year, which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual compensation will depend on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
This role is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual bonus program, subject to individual and company performance.
All employees receive standard benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited paid time off, and participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with employer contribution.
