Digital Engagement Manager The
Digital Engagement Manager
will play a critical role in managing, renewing, and expanding customers on our Population Intelligence platform—a market‑leading solution that helps healthcare organizations understand patient populations and market opportunities. In addition, this role will drive the adoption of our Digital Audiences, enabling customers and agency partners to activate healthcare audiences in media channels for more precise and effective marketing. The individual will serve as a trusted partner to our brands and agencies, ensuring value realization, campaign success, and long‑term customer growth.
Ideal candidates will have a background in healthcare marketing, digital media or advertising technology, with experience supporting agency relationships and delivering measurable client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of healthcare and agency clients, serving as the primary point of contact for Population Intelligence and Digital Audience customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, retention, and renewal.
Drive product adoption of the Population Intelligence platform and Digital Audiences, ensuring customers realize value and achieve desired outcomes.
Lead renewal and expansion efforts by identifying growth opportunities and aligning solutions with client goals.
Monitor customer health, proactively addressing risks to retention and satisfaction by developing customer success plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Partner with agency teams to support campaign planning, audience activation, and performance optimization, providing guidance on how to use our data and platform for each use case.
Build strong relationships with agency clients to ensure seamless campaign execution and collaboration.
Serve as a trusted advisor in audience targeting, campaign workflows, and compliance.
Partner with agencies to understand the brands they support, identify budgets and upcoming campaigns, and translate healthcare insights into digital activation strategies.
Streamline workflows to improve efficiency in audience activation and customer engagement.
Develop case studies, training guides, and documentation to support customer enablement.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Media & Audience Strategy & Operations, Technical Delivery Consultants, Marketing, CXS) to deliver consistent and high‑value customer experience.
Translate customer needs into actionable insights for internal teams, including product, marketing, and data science.
Required Qualifications
5+ years experience in customer success, account management, or digital media/advertising technology, with experience supporting agency customers.
Background in healthcare marketing, healthcare data or SaaS strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships, drive renewals, and grow accounts.
Strong understanding of digital audience activation, campaign workflows and multi‑channel campaign execution.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with analytics tools, CRM systems, and healthcare privacy/compliance standards.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment with a start‑up mindset.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $79,000 – $149,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Eligible for commission plan based on sales performance in accordance with company policy. All employees receive standard benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, unlimited paid time off, and participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with employer contribution.
