Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital activation plans, ensuring accurate pacing, performance, and adherence to the Digital Activation Process.
Implement the Digital Planning & Optimization Process across programmatic and direct buying.
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the activation team.
Manage budgets and direct billing and reconciliation for programmatic spend.
Provide guidance on campaign design, demand‑side platform requirements, and optimization strategies.
Coordinate with the broader activation team to ensure efficient campaign setup and performance adjustments.
Partner with the Strategy team to understand client goals, address needs, and communicate results and insights.
Implement business intelligence tools and new media measurement techniques.
Offer expert consultation to vendors, internal teams, and clients.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with digital programmatic buying (including YouTube) and hands‑on use of DV360.
Experience across multiple media channels and a curiosity about emerging platforms.
Strong skills in handling large data sets and evaluating data methodologies.
Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Ability to manage costs while exceeding performance and viewability goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑tech audiences.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to coach others.
Working knowledge of third‑party verification tools, including DoubleVerify.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range: $50,000 – $95,000 USD. This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office, with the remaining two (2) days remote. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, vacation, sick leave, personal days, paid parental and medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance.
